hi ,yes the rear sub frame is a modified rgv 250 item .it has a rgv 250 2 stroke oil tank/battery box/and expansion tank.the clocks are rgv with after market tacho.saw the update on your yamagamma so the h/gasket was toast then.i like your radiator mod ,that should keep the temp under control.the seat unit is held on with 3 6mm allen screws.once the seat is off there is a fixing each side and the unit pulls off towards the rear.i have a 5mm allen key on the bike key ring so its always handy.

Hello gammaguy21 ,yes my plan is to get a few jobs done on the bike and use it next season.how has your project progressed.will see about some on road footage later /some time.oh do you think the end cans are too quiet as in sounding like std pipes.

Hi Steeley. It's a little hard to tell from my computer speakers... but I like the sound of the cans. Sounds similar to my Toomeys but not as 'tinney'. I've only heard standard rz exhaust only a few times, so it's hard to compare. My 2ma has standard exhaust, which are quiet until you come on the pipe, and then those sound lovely.
I've been riding my yamagamma and my TZR 2ma, so those haven't progressed as much as I like. My spare rg250 roller still has all the suspension upgrades that just need a bit more tweaking before I move them over to the yamagamma. I did manage to get 2xt rims on the 2ma, so now I can run modern radials and that's a huge improvement. I've a few other projects on the go, so I'm spread a bit thin trying to get a bit done on each.
Looking forward to your winter work.
cheers.
