Not Cheap, could even be called expensive. 10 Years of storage does no good to a bike.
I can see £1500 worth of things you would probably end spending on that bike. To get it reasonable... It all depends on if you like working on your bike or riding it...
If the fun is in the project then spending £3k is fine....
However for less money there are decent restored and road worthy bikes for sale..

I've spoken to the guy and got the chassis number, it is a matching numbers N1. It's a 31K-078
