I have rebuilt fizzdog bike and it runs fine temp gauge reads ok but there is steam coming from the plastic return tank after about 6 miles I have replaced the rad and cap any suggestion's please

If it ain't the Radiator or Cap, then it's looking very much like a head gasket leak  . Could be a warped head or crap surfaces if it's already had a new Head Gasket ? |

Chuck a sender in it out of another 125LC that's running ok, if it's still the same, then run a wire from the sender of the bike that's got the problem to the clocks of another 125LC that you know the temp guage is working ok ?.
Will at least eliminate the sender the the temp guage reading wrong ?.
