rd125lc mk1 wont run

Cant get my Mk1 125lc to run, it starts on choke but sounds really bogged down and cuts out after about 5 seconds, I've tried a 10v carb with 155 jet and a 12a carb with 195 jet and no different (standard airbox)
Reeds are ok although there are 3, 2 on one side with cut outs in are these 2stage reeds, if so should these be on top or bottom?
I've cleaned carbs.
I checked the engine oil and it only had 100ml in it so am concerned it could be a crank seal?

Any advise welcomed

post some pictures of the reeds ect. where abouts are you? there may be someone close that can give you a hand

2 stage reeds i took out were on both sides?! Think i might have dumped em in bottom of kitchen drawer or possibly in the rebuild section bottom of garden shed! Lol

it does sound like an oil seal
