Hi everybvody,
Yesterday i have buy a second RD125LC 10W with a lot of parts ( fairings, wheels, engine parts, exhaust, carb, meters, wiring, new oem parts.... ) for only 200€! a really nice deal because engine has a rebored barrels, new Prox piston ( 57.25mm ), new TKJR conrod with new crank bearings
i have receive an 1Gu exhaust in excellent condition ( no rust and dent ) with ref 1GU xxxxxxxxx stamp on can and chamber. I would like to know if it's a restricted version or not.
Also, if it's ok for a 10W engine?
Thx
Marco

1GU is restricted for noise, the bikes were 15.5KW. You gain about 500RPM by removing the inward facing nozzle between the baffle can and main pipe. The baffle is also crimped at the beginning, this section can be cut off or drilled out. 1GU pipes is heavier due to thicker steel, the 10W's used to fail with a small hole underneath. Here's mine on a 10W. it runs pretty much the same.
