Hi all, just thought I would let everyone know how I fixed my Rd125lc's problem. It had zero power past 1/4 throttle and wouldn't rev past 5k with me on it.
I had already cleaned the carb but the problem was the EMULSION tube.
When I re-stripped the carburettor and tapped the emulsion tube out using a small hammer and pointed scriber, I found it was caked in muck and all the tiny holes were blocked.
After a good clean and a slight adjustment to the float height the bike now runs fine.
