hi guys,
got my french import rd125 last year,but didnt get round to registering it.as we know,the rules have changed since then,and i dont have a log book etc,for the nova :(is there any way i can register it,without resorting to changing the frame.mark

You now dont need insurance. For a nova you need a receipt.
