Have you checked the pilot jets are clear? How many turns out is the air screw set too? What model are we talking?

Ive a ledar kit fitted to a 2rh tzr carb on a mk3 125lc. 26mm carb, i had to put a bigger pilot jet in it, 25 ive blanked off the power jet so its now the same as the mk3 carb, and one main size bigger 200, with allspeed and standard box, the jet sizes given with the ledar kit is with a s&B power filter and spacer 220, but as ive a standard box 200, plug col is fine. goes very well much better than standard carb.

my pilot jet is 1 1/4 turns out on size 25, my guess you need a bigger pilot perhaps does it feel woolley and weak or over rich like choke on

All jets are clear i double checked that ok with 90psi
Well to cadwell and its was ok just a mahoosive flat spot so last night i put on another 12a carb and went with 210 jet std pilot jet and it still had a massive flat spot but wouldnt tick over si put the ither one back on with a 200 jet std pilot jet and it still wont tick over
Air screw is 1.1/2 out now ive put an airbox on instead of a cone filter filter is clean.
Trying to sort out both problems if i can flat spot and tick over

could not sort my flat spot out, tried everything but go spot compensates for that, needle just moved the spot up and down, i had to put a bigger pilot in
