Hi I had been using Motul 710 2 stroke oil in my injector tank on my RD125LC Mk3 but was tempted to try this stuff, at about £6 a liter compared to £16 a liter, the specs seem the same, so with such a large saving i gave it a go, fully synthetic too FD. www.exol-lubricants.com/automotive/products/details/?PID=62first impressions was its thinner (ie more runny) than the 710 and is red not green, after the first 50 miles of use i noticed it started first kick every time, instead of most of the time, pick up was quicker and less midrange missfire form the allspeed just before the powerband, well 2 liters later, spark plug has a lot less deposits on it, bore and piston crown all look fine, smells nice to! smokes a bit more than the 710 from cold. my autolube feeds it in about 30-35 to 1 so at a £10 saving a liter its a no brainer for me, i have ordered some more, anyone else use bargain non branded 2 stroke oil? some people online use Rock Groundsman but that is even cheaper.

i used a couple of bottles of hein gericke stuff, same as 710 got it in the closing down sale, good stuff, but having tried this exol stuff im well happy with it, bike ran better with it, must be due to the viscosity my guess

Can't see you could possibly have a problem with it on premix ?.
If you look at the spec sheet it says suitable for premix and injection and it's a racing oil, so most would be using it via premix I woulda thought ?.

Having read the spec, read the reviews, read the website, I have also concluded it has to be done. Ordered 5 litres of it and with the 10% discount from LubeTech, it works out at £29.03.(£5.80 litre) with free delivery. Yep! Mug not to.

Ahh yes, that would be the discount code that is given to clubs that apply for it. Use the Lambretta & Vespa Club one but dont grass. (just put se001 in the voucher code box)
