How to re register as both sets of v5's have been lost.
Any help on this matter? VOSA and the DVLA have a tad misleading....

There is a form to re-apply for the logbooks. If you can find the green slip then you get it free, otherwise think the fee is 25 quid per logbook. Its form V62, you can print off online.
If they were registered to you then they will send new one straight out.
If they are not registered to you they will write to previous owner on logbook asking if they were sold.
If he doesnt get funny then they will then send you the logbooks.
