Seat covers and plating.

Who are people using for getting their seats re-covered and what about chrome plating?
I have never utilised either of these procedures at all, so any reviews good or bad of different companies who do this. Companies in the Midlands would be a bonus, but i dont even know where to start searching!

A quick google will give you quite a few platers - there are several who do car parts so I would assume wouldnt have an issue with bike parts in the birmingham area. Quite a common sercice really.

As for the seat cover, buy one and staple it on yourself :-)

And borrow a decent stapler

yea, T50 type, 6mm staples should do it, needs to be a goodun though
or the staples dont go in and you end up tapping each one in with a hammmer!
