Got a 125LC engine in bits, and am starting to prep for a rebuild. I have not heard this engine running and its been sat in pieces for a while. Now although the big end feels fine am not sure about the end float on it. Anyone know the clearance between the thrust washer and web? or is it measured the other side? thrust to conrod? Whats the going rate for a crank rebuild these days? (just in case )

Yamaha give 2 measurements ,big end side clearance 0.2-0.7mm. big end deflection-at small end 2mm. Sorry don't know rebuild cost Norbo's showing £30 for conrod kit , £40/£50 to press an true is my guess. HTH
