I have a pair of PWK carbs fitted with a Mikuni power jet kit on my 31k engined project.
Going to get the bike dyno'd to hopefully set it up.
Plan B is to refit the 31k carbs.
What jetting should I start with with standard engine, Kenny pipes, ram air pod filters and a zeeltronic??

Are they PWK28's ?.
145 mains would be a safe start point I would think on a standard tune with pod filters and pipes. Maybe 152 to play really safe.

On a standard tune ?, maybe. Mine's run for years (including track day use) on 145's, 31k top end, Mick Abbey fast road, Spex Pipes and foam pod filters. But yeah maybe better to start high with the Kenny's pipes

Botty those cabs you have are unique as they have the power jet part added I would remove it and blank the holes up and then jet it like a standard PWK carb I might just do that Mart. Anyone want to swap some "unique" pwk's for a standard pair................Please.

How would I know or what would I measure? I have no clue what they are. Do they have any markings or numbers on you could google or ask here ?. Failing that, if you have some verniers, you can easily measure the bore of the carb. Maybe first get a carb you know the size of and check measuring the bore so you know exactly what part of the bore gives the correct measurement. Does that make sense ?, lol
