Does anyone know the difference between the casings marked 10v00 and 10v01? Are they both rd125lc or is one dt? I have a spare engine that is marked 10v/01 on the inside and I want to use the whole gearbox in my rd125lc casings marked 10v/00 but want to check I'm not fitting a dt gearbox with different gearing? The engine number itself has been ground off so I can't tell from that. Any help would be really appreciated.

Not noticed this before think ill have to check my engines now
I would of thought the gear box would be the same and they would just adjust the gearing in the sprockets.....

Not sure about the later models but all Mk1 RD125LC's and DT125LC's have 10V casings and 10V Heads

Hi Looey, I know that 10v casings and heads are used on Rd's but I was asking about the prefix 00 and 01 that appears after the 10v inside the casings? Any idea if the 00 is Rd? Rob99, what model rd have you got with the 10v/01? Mk1, Mk2 or Mk3?

I think theres a bigger cut-out near the clutch push lever. I'll try and get some side by side, bound to be a subtle revision somewhere.
