So a took the top fork bolts off and springs flew out how do u go around compressing them back in

What do you mean 'bolts'? On the 125 the fork springs are held in by plugs and circlip, you just push the spring down with the plug and pop the circlip back in. A haynes manual is going to be a good idea.

On the mk 2 there is top top bolts a undon them and the springs shot out and the forks dropped and the springs are massive can't push then back in

try extending the forks so they are not compressed

you have aftermarket forks by the sound of it. coz even on the mk2/3 there is a plug and circlip. put up a picture of your forks lets have a look at them.
