has anyone heard of a Reed Block Spacer if you have do they work

yep heard of em not had one but speaking to looey of here before told me made no difference so nether bothered.

I have one on mine it makes no obvious difference that I can see or feel when riding, But on a plus side the air box rubber meets the carb better.

Hmm my air box rubber only just meets my carb aswell. Is this a normal ?

Hmm my air box rubber only just meets my carb aswell. Is this a normal ? it always seems to be the case that the rubbers dont meet the carbs properly. im rebuilding my engine for the summer and will be fitting spacers before and after the reed block. they are supposed to ease the flow of fuel i think. and as they are cheap enough its a mod that has to be tried

A reed block spacer will bring the power band in lower but makes it harder to get the carb on and off
