Does anyone know if there are any calipers that bolt straight on to an F2 or of any kits recommended upgrades, I know the standard brakes are more than adequate but I was just interested.

I had these on an F2. They are off a 955i Daytona. They are certainly an upgrade to the standard calipers. Not using them anymore as I broke the bike, to use parts on a 31k so could be for sale if you are interested.

I've got the 2 Goodridge lines that run from the calipers to the splitter. The calipers have had the Triumph name removed, stripped, cleaned, vapour blasted and had the bolts and pins replated. Pads are good. The only part missing is one of the little r clips that keep the pin in place. Apart from that they are ready to bolt on. They have been on the bike for less than 500 miles. I can do them for £100. I think i may also have another pair of the same calipers. they are just as they came off the bike, so would need a clean up.

They're not hard to find ogri but mark's had had all the work done, if ebaying check the mounting centres are right (83mm I think), & try to get some with decent pads as replacements will cost as much as the cals. They really are a no brainer upgrade, I've got them on my F2 & performance is massively improved, want another set for my F1 'project' but no hurry. Good luck with yours dude.

I got a really nice set of Yamaha Blue spot calipers complete with master cylinder for £120 plus postage recently, I then had to get the correct mounting brackets machined by NK racing, cost another £85.95 with postage (but are stunning). So gives you some idea of what people are asking for stuff. Mines for a 31K though not F2, not sure if they are the same. Sod of it is I may not get to use them after all as there may be a change of plan coming.

31k and F2 are different. F2 are 83mm. Lc and Lc2/31k have mounting points less than 83mm apart(cant remember what though ) Dusty

The Triumph calipers are actually re-badged Nissins .. I thought that the GSX-R750/1100 Nissins would fit too, but the centres are slightly different. Only found that out after buying a pair and trying them though
