my insurance company have decided to pay out on my stolen bike. They mailed me with an offer of £500 minus any excess ect, i fell on the floor laughing and declined it. they very promptly got back to me and said "we are sorry you feel the valuation of your vehicle was below what you expected, we have reviewed this and can offer you a complete loss payout of £2000". i couldnt accept it quick enough, lol. after the excess and cost of buying the bike back i shud still be left with enough to buy a tdr to use as a winter bike. WINNER

Just spoke to my insurance company. they are paying me out for my stolen bike today, and as a good will gesture for the hassle its caused they are not going to take the excess off the claim so i get the whole £2000. result again.
