C'mon guys, dig out yer pics of a Marlboro LC. A friend of mine had one years ago and it was the mutts nuts. I'm doing up my bike right now and thought about doing Marlboro colours but remembered that the orange always seemed to fade too quick and once I've finished my bike I certainly can't afford to have to paint it again in 2 years time. It is without doubt my favourite paint scheme though.

Modern orange/red paint dont fade like it used to You're probably right,I expect things have advanced in the paint world as much as everything else nowadays. Having said that, there is a local business down here who's fleet of vans were painted up with stunning Marlboro style fluorescent orange logos on white vans only a couple of years ago and they look absolutely toss now the paint has faded. I don't like the Marlboro scheme in red and white,I just remember going to GPs in the late 80s and the orange and white race paint has just become so etched in my memory,I would really love to see some old pics of LCs in that scheme.
