hi all
was wondering how much play should the riveted gear on the back of the clutch basket have on a rd125lc mk1?

they do more a little but if they move to much they srat to leave teeth marks in them from the plates . about a couple of mm is were most of mine are

mine is due for replacement then it moves a lot more than a couple of mm
and there are deep teeth marks in it from the clutch plates, which i was going to carefully file out,

Just marked a point on it, moved gear as far as it will go. Remarked and measured distance it moved and its exactly 10mm! Oh dear lol
