I see that the CMC classic jap day is the same date 28 July as Lincoln Suzuki classic show

yup, I'll be at this one as well, I put my bike in the show, not because it will win anyhting or owt, but because you get a free mug and its much safer as loads of people are always mingling around it, so no one tkaing parts off it or worse still nikcing it, plus its the same price as getting into the show !!
