...and it ran perfect. Met Steve H up rivington who commented on how well it looks. Rear wheel bearing collapsed on way home. Yes, the brand new rear wheel bought in January. Sigh.....

Took a trip out today to Rivvy Barn on the 250 windy one (last time I was there I also had a 250 windy one on L plates and I had long hair!). This bike is a real cracker!!! Twas a pleasure meeting you billbot! The bearing going is real bad luck, Could of been worse.... having it go on the way there!

If I hadn't seen the pics Id have sworn you had built a prototype :~( Don't let a dodgy wheel bearing get you down if she's finally running perfect. There can't be many around looking and running that well. At least take her to one of the shows.

I was p!ssed off because, like every other part on the bike, I have not cut any corners. The rear wheel was a brand new item, not just reconditioned, brand new. It stands me at a fortune so hoped for better really!!

that new wheel was probably in storage for years and the grease dried up , either that or it was never greased ,what a bummer mate
