the gear levers on the 125lc s is there two types, the one fitted to mine is digging into the foot hanger , its y -reg mark one is a spacer needed. cheers.

I cant picture what you mean. the levers are all the same but there are 2 different splined sections with the welded arm (the bit with hole for the link rod) in a different position, but you just turn it around the selector shaft until it pulls or pushes the lever to sit at the right level. Unless you mean the threaded gear lever mounting stud that is tack welded to the frame has fallen off? Then you can fit a spacer and run a longer bolt all the way through the frame (drill a hole) to a nut on the other side.

I cheers , yes the nut has come from frame think the spacer I fitted could have been too small. I give it another go, but ya hit me with ya second option which is closer to what I mean cheers I get pic on later.

This original is just under 13mm measured from frame, only has a couple of blobs of weld and I've seen frames with a weld missing before.
