This maybe a stupid question but can I have some help here please? Does another speedo clock fit the rd350r? (different model or type of bike). Also, this has got me stumped... Where does the fuel filter go on the rd350r? From what I can deduce is, its on the fuel tap inside the tank. Thought it was an inline but only one whole in it and its open...ie no plastic cover! Thanks guys and girls for your help!! I know, stupid aren't they. lol. Attachments:

I am fairly sure that craddle that fits the clocks, temp etc units are the same as the F2 model. The clocks are the same. What's the problem with the clocks? The fuel filter is part of the fuel tap. It contains O ring, filter and plastic bowl which screws into the fuel tap assembly. All available from Yamaha. I can help you will part numbers if you need them.

Cheers wonky, I better get an o-ring set then, for the fuel tap. The speedo is not original and in kph. A clock in mph would be a lot simpler as I hear, mph faces are a nightmare to change over.

No problem. The speedo clock for a R is the same as a F2 model- same part number. They come up on Ebay quite often. If you need a parts catalogue for a R or F2- PM your email address, and I'll send them to you.

Put an inline filter on mine as seems to stop more shit than tank one. When only had tank filter had to clean out carbs quite often. Norbo does them to

The speedo isn't quite the same. The R model has the 150MPH speedo - same as a 500. However a 120 MPH one from a F2 /N2 works just fine. I had a 130 MPH one from an FZR on one of mine, but you need to take care with the angle of entry for the speedo cable, if straight down that's fine, but you don't want a side entry one.
