Hi,
To be honest you would have to change the gearing massively to affect the chain angle. Had the same problem with abbey pipes on a hybrid so marked the pipe with a pen with the run of the chain then took off and used a bit of metal pipe to whack a shallow recess where the chain ran which solved the problem.

You can put bigger or smaller front and rear sprockets as a pair, to move the chain run up or down a little.

I've got 'old school' small can Microns on mine, but I have to keep the chain fairly tight to stop it rubbing the exhaust. And as I love pulling wheelies on take off I have to keep tentioning regularly. Having said that,it is a cheap crap chain.

Got myself a 15t and a 36t pair of sprockets coming home so should hopefully do the trick

No clearance issues whatsoever with My Old Microns. But then I had to remove and reweld on carefully located fabricated hangers on mine. Wayyy more work than I had assumed before starting. OEM micron fit is best described as poor.
