Bottom picture looks like a left hand side rear wheel spacer. Have a look on the RD shop page, Norbo has photo's of new suspension parts available - this may help your identify.

The two seals for the bottom of the shock are described on the parts fiche as "Cover, dust" and are part number # 29L-2217H-00 and are there to stop water/dirt getting into the lower shock bushing. Also shown on Norbo's YPVS parts page item #35 £7.20 a pair. You should also have two thrust covers fitted to the narrower part of the H bit described as "Cover, thrust 2" part number 26H-22129-00. Also shown on Norbo's parts page item #37 £9.60 a pair. The single rubber at the top right of your photo fits into the frame under the oil tank. Looks like the two small rubbers at the bottom right fit on two stubs on the frame then the U locating bits of the airbox fit over.

bottom rubber bung, second from left is for the top radiator mount, fits under headstock. second row of grommets are for general panel mounts, the ones near the headstock that take the triangular black covers etc

Hi Dave,
I really think it's worthwhile you getting a Yamaha parts manual with exploded diagrams as it really will help you in the long run. I'm sure that no one minds helping you out but it must be really frustrating having to wait for answers before you can progress...
The parts manual has diagrams for all major assemblies of the bike and lists there numbers.
It really is a valuable part of your toolbox...
Just trying to help you out...
