Do you have a chiped bin .
I bet you do and dont reolise it .
I took the chip out mine its just a thin bit of stuff with a chip in it. Snapes like a twiglet.
Only one of my 2 bins had one fitted just wonted to see what they looked like reoley.
They are under the front lip ip you look under a small rount removable bit.

I think in the end its for if they start to waigh the bins and charge you on how heavy they are and how often you put your bin out.
