After being projectless because of various financial reasons I've now managed to get another 4L0! Not totally standard and has had an interesting past by the looks of it. I decided to build as a special but not to radical. I've got the engine out and it 's been tuned. Exhaust ports are very smooth and the barrel has had a bit machined off. It only had 1 base gasket and it turned over ok. What do people think to it. Got some initials and a year stamped on them as well?

Aaah I see this bike is going to be full of surprises! Will have a look at the pistons tomorrow. Does that mean it's overbored then?
