Sorry for the dull question, but new to a 250LC...
Other than when the 2T oil is low in the tank, when should the oil light between the clocks come on?
Cheers
Pete

Cheers Pete Oil level & neutral light will illuminate when ignition is switched on & will stay on until a gear is selected. Both will relight when neutral is selected. HTH OEB

Oil light should come on when ignition is on and bike in neutral to show you have enough oil in tank

Oil light should come on when ignition is on and bike in neutral to show you have enough oil in tank its a buld test, otherwise you would not know if it was working if it never came on till you were low on oil.

Just keep your eye on the tank as well.

Oil pump failure always scares me with 2 smokes. I still have the habit of hovering my hand over the clutch lever in case of a seize ;D
