Hi All. Not sure my clocks are right for this bike & hating the clock mount. I'm fairly sure there from a full fairing bike. As I've mentioned elsewhere on her (Newbie) I will probably go for a LC2 bikini fairing but not just yet & will probably trot round unfaired for now. I will be removing the full fairing bracket & moving the headlight back & making/buying a better bracket for the clocks to be better proportioned. So... which are the correct clocks for an naked 83 31K ? Suggestions on correct clocks & offers of a possible swap welcome

Cheers. Hmm. not bad. Yep same as I had on my TZR. I'm thinking that some 4L0 clocks would suit it better as a naked bike !

Hi Goodpw, you're right, those are from a fully faired F1 (or later?)I think, so is your whole front end by the look of it (front brake master cylinder isn't 1983 LC2, fork tops look like from an F2).

Oh yes, this bike is def a bitsa & probably not worth getting it back to standard spec, so will just make it how I will like it. I do like the 4L0 clocks but they might look a bit odd against the more modern F2 bars & yoke. This is probably the key part for me as its most visible when riding. perhaps get some clocks mounted then consider changing the top yoke for something more suitable, (depends on fork dia, offset & span) For now I'll fab a new mount & get these clocks to say hello to the rest of the bike.

Hi, For me, the Lc clocks are the best looking of all the Rdlc range. I am fitting a set to my F2 special; If you wanted to fit Lc clocks easily, you can get a 31k Lc2 top yoke which is 35mm fork diameter and has the lugs for mounting the clocks casted on already. It will have the standard risers for the bars though so you will have to ditch your clip ons and get some normal bars. Be prepared for the price of good Lc clocks though . This is an Lc2 top yoke, Lc clocks and bars, and Ypvs 35mm forks; Dusty

Are the LC clocks mounted onto a standard LC bracket with the 31K top yoke please?

Hi, Yes, the standard Lc clocks/bracket mount to the Lc2 top yoke the same as if they were Lc yokes.
