I have my K31 on a multi bike policy with a 50 moped/ar125 so built up full NCB only cost £125.....keep my main bike seperate as its a pain to insure anyway and I have two lots of NCD fall back for my main bike if needed....
If your LC is standard then you should not have a problem...I had refusal because the wheels are red and not black!!LOL.....
Thinking ahead and from my experiance you may find that one day a bike change will mean you cannot insure both bikes on the same policy (you know what they are like) and this happend to me. So I would say safest bet is to get a new policy and build up another NCB if its cheap enough. You never know what you might get later on RG500!!!! ;D gives you that flexibility but obviously depends on cost.

Cheapest way to insure 2 + bikes is with a multi bike policy but that runs on one NCD..insuring another bike as far as im aware doesnt build up another separate NCD.

Id imagine if you had a claim on one, that affects the NCB on both/all? As it does your car and bike Ins

Just had a look on the net and it appears car/bike are separate.but now thinking that a claim on one bike policy would effect both bike policies. Think I have learnt something here as well hover no way could I get all bikes on one policy....if anyone is speaking to ins soon any chance this Ncb on 2 policy is asked...I can guess what the answer will be.....

I did my LC through 'Just Motorcycle Insurance' and it was £71 for TPFT. Footman James wanted £141 for fully comp.
I was limited on where I could get insurance because I needed it insured on the frame number to get it registered. Next time I'd probably go for a classic policy and fully comp.
