Well I think it's all finished for now. Decided to get it built, ride it, tweak it then strip it down again and put it back together properly! It's the usual 350 with RGV bits and the odd other bike bit thrown on here and there! Temporary rattle can paint job & a couple of stickers. I'm pleased how its turned out, just need to ride it now and see how it runs?! Think I've got a couple of minor things still to sort out like the rear shock needs lowering a touch, looks a bit high but also the chain rubs a little on the top of the swing arm so I'm hoping this will clear if I lower the back end a bit?!? Anyway, I'm sure I'll find other things along the way! Attachments:

Very nice ./ So do you plan on riding it like this for the summer and stripping it over the winter?

Looks great Phil. I'm liking the belly pan/logo's with that colour scheme.

Rattle can paint job or not, it works really well. Maybe you should consider getting it sprayed after shake down in a similar manor, as it's your design?
Does look a tad (not a lot) too high at the back. Are you concerned about the chain rubbing on the plastic scraper on the swingarm pivot?
I've recently been scratching my head about fitting all sorts of different bike bits together for my next YPVS project. One area was the sprockets. I was amazed at all the different teeth variations above/below standard that are available (Talon).
Just a though but have you considered larger front and rear sprockets that give you the same ratio gearing, but clear the arm better?

Yeah I'm pleased with the paint design but I always wanted a white with blue stripes LC when growing up so I'm gonna have to do it like that finally I think!? I've drilled 2 new mounting holes in the rear shock mount now so it sits a lot better now! (see pic!) Also the chain doesn't rub now either. I thought the swing arm shud have a nylon slider on it or something but it hasn't! As for the sprockets they're brand new renthal 42t rear & talon offset front 17t as supplied by NK Racing when they did the swing arm so gonna go with them for now but that's a good idea bout bigger sprockets to clear the arm more!! Cheers guys! Attachments:

The swingarm does have a rubber damper to stop the chain rubbing as it passes over the edge, check the parts books, you should get one if you havent got one and they are still available new.
