Just had another look and using a spacer from my 350lc the gearbox sprocket still won't tighten up as its a 520 offset from nk racing do I need a ypvs spacer ?

The ypvs spacer is longer to make up for it being a 520 pitch so thinner .

Hi, I am rebuilding my F2 engine at the mo, and wasn't happy with the condition of my sprocket spacer. Needed some other bits as well, so rang Granby's this morning and they had a spacer in stock -approx. £12.60 ish. Give them a bell, they may have another. Part number-90387-257N4. Granbys - 0115 944 1346.

I put a 520 chain on my 4L0 and used a YPVS spacer and machined it down to fit, worked a treat, think I took 3mm off

Valvie engine.. in an LC uses an LC sprocket spacer . But the 520 sprocket is 1/8" thinner/narrower than the 530 one. The sprocket nut bottoms out before reaching the sprocket :-) Fit an 1/8" washer onto the outer face of the 520 sprocket so you can adequately do up the Nut. 1/8" washers are a standard/common thickness in the size that actually fits the shaft. No need to complicate the hell out of it :-)

I think some people have misunderstood lol I have a 250lc hybrid using a Honda nc24 single side swing arm etc which is why I'm having to use a 520 sprocket as I needed an offset sprocket also had a rear sprocket made to fit Honda hub all I need is a ypvs spacer or a 3mm washer at a guess
