They can look as close as they like . They would have to know the frame number that went with the plate to do anything and they dont have that.
Im not sure how i am going to get around the conviction thing , I still have to menshon it for another 2 and a half years yet.

Well looks like it will be another 2 & half years then befor i will be out on a bike then . Cos no one will in sure me with the DD conviction anyway and the few that will whant over a grand.
Just when i was looking forward to riding again and geting out on the road. I can still get a van insured in my mums name as a compamy vehical and get a trade any driver policy so i can drive . Just a shame about not having a bike for what will be over 5 years becourse of this now.
I was wundering if the pigs did a check iw would just come up that i was insured taxed and had an mot right . It wont come up that i didnt menshon about the conviction, that would only come to light if i needed to make a clame right.

I know this might sound daft mate........but............it might be worth insuring something really small first............a 50cc twist and go , get a years no claims behind you and you should see the premiums drop sharply. Its just an idea

I was wondering if the pigs did a check it would just come up that i was insured taxed and had an mot right . It wont come up that i didn't mention about the conviction, that would only come to light if i needed to make a claim right. you'll be lucky, the PNC (police national computer) has files on every one who has committed an offence whether behind the wheel or not. these are tagged onto you profile when they look you up (say a routine road side check/stopped in the street). so even if you had the so called right documents they could check to see if you actually are entitled to them. b*****ds if you ask me, but that's the military state we live in now, so called freedom of choice.............yer right.

Insurance in any EU country is faled in any other EU country so i am going to insure a couple of bikes with any luck with some help from a customer out the uk .
I can drive a van on a any driver policy so thats simple . And i will perchase a non runner cheep car and sit it on my drive never to be driven and insure it so i dont loos my no clames. That way in a few more years when i can insure a car for my self again i will still have my no clames .
This is the only way i can do it .
