hi all, just joined & wonder if anyone has any clue to the problem i have with my new build,almost completed runs spot on, in neutral,soon as i put it in gear it dies? ???any input would be good cheers in advance.

is your clutch adjusted properly. could be dragging and putting load on the engine. this could cause it to die.

thats the first thought i had,however i have used a tzr loom which has a side stand switch,i think if i connect one we should be in buisness,let you know,.ps thanks for reply...

if you have used a tzr loom then you will need to join the 2 wires that feed the switch, should solve the problem.

If you put it in gear and then kick it up and look at the plug and no spark im thinking the same as every one elce could have a tzr loom fitted and side stand switch
