They are 4 or 5mm either should do the job but best get the ones that fill the hole best. I dont build the cans I sell and its been a while since I rebuilt one.

I did the track day at Mallory two weeks ago and the limit is 105db, it was done by an old guy who concentrated on the back whilst I cheated with revs. Mine came in at 103db. The Festival limit is 105db, but I have never been tested in the three times I have been, but with the hasle from the 5 families that are complaining about the noise, I imagine bikes will be tested this year.

bit of an update guys been up to filey on me hols with the wife and grandson this week rolled a few LC jobs in with it.much to the digust of the missus ;D mick abbeys 1st to drop an end can in to him to copy the the hole dimensions hopefully these will rduce the noise levels for cadwell track day.if they dont he can have em back ;D this loosely fitted and before clean up other side fitted and 3 mins with meguiarsmetal polish picked these up today and pleased with them.will wait till tomoz for a noise test at work.lets hope they are quieter then down to michael gearys place.picked up denzils barrels, pistons and crank all done by KPMC or kev on here.who did the rebores and crank rebuild for him. gearys been pestering to give him some lc seat catches.so dropped them off at the same time (as usual compus gratis) so been a long day left filey at 1.40 and got home at 7.45 200 miles later try it in a peugeot 107 full of holiday gear.the missus in the back with a non stop talking 2 year for good measure!! he wouldnt go to bed till he watched 10 vids on youtube all two stroke bikes now wheres the gin and tonic ;D ...

That sounds a lot quieter andy, cant see you having a problem with the noise test now, so you still going in the novice group or coming in the misters group with me and norbo ;D ;D ;D
