sorry to hear it mate,i know exactly what your talking about,a few years ago i was involved in a serious car acident where i was waiting at a junction to turn right when a speeding car hit me pretty hard resulting in me being air lifted to hospital,3 months off work and regular back pains for the rest of my life. i wouldnt wish it upon anybody i usually suffer more when its cold ,i remember i was on some dodgy pain killers so strong i felt like a zombie

Yeah Norbs.....go and see your local sore-bones Osteopath , they are very violent people by nature and tend to wander round aimlessly with a scowl , but that said they do sometimes help people ;D If its muscular...rest for a couple of days and then gentle exercise If its skeletal.........I recommend amputation ;D ........only kiddin' , a back support and Anadin Extra should help a bit Apparently white fish and plenty of milk helps alot too Hope you feel better soon

Swimmings always worth a try with a dodgy back. You don't have to be ploughing up and down the pool like Mark Spitz, just sort of..bob around a bit. (But give the triple somersaults from the top board a miss for a couple of weeks. ;D)
