Id say yes it is they have a smoth barrel just like your one and you mod a standard head to fit just like your one . I would O ring the barrel though as head gaskets for them re hard to fined.

I don't know what barrel it is, but I know it's not a stock barrel that has had a 175 cc liner put in anyway. The stock barrels doesn't have those small "ribbons" on the inside where the coolant flows. Also, your barrel looks all flat on the sides, where the stock ones looks the same as the head does with the stepped edge etc.

thanks chaps, i was thinking thats what it was, but as it had no markings at all wasnt 100% sure, now do i keep it, or clean it up and sell it? lol looks like it will need a rebore, measured the bore at 66mm but its slightly scored, to much for cylinder hone to sort.

That would depend on where the scratch is. If it can effect the compression, you might want to have it rebored, but if it's below the ports, it's usually no major drama. Just check so the ring/s won't snag it.

dont have it it front of me at the moment, but i think its roughly middle of the barrel, around location of ports, so would need rebore

depends what you mean about 'gains'.... Big bore kits do different things to different bikes, your not gonna get x mph on the top end if that's what your thinking, it will give greater torque though, through the rev range but also put additional pressure on the other moving parts of the engine. On the 125lc it should once set up correctly (i.e. carb settings etc) increase torque which will improve engine drive i.e. acceleration and if a bigger front sprocket fitted have the extra power to pull a slightly higher top end speed. Don't expect instant miracles with a big bore kit on a small cc bike it just doesn't happen........ (for that you want NOS lmfao.......
