Well... Surely it ain't a crappier shock than the original eh (not saying the original is crap though), but NO WAY I'd pay that money for it. It's an RD, it fundamentally handles like crap because of it's crappy forks and crappy swingarm. Even todays EU mopeds have vastly stronger forks, swingarms etc. If the shock won't fail on you, something else will, until you make a hybrid bike out of it with modern running gear, and even then the frame will most likely still flex around. At the end of the day, it's just an RD, respect that it's a crappy rolling chassis, or buy something more stable if you want to drive aggressively. Edit: On the other hand though, there's nothing wrong with upgrading an RD just for the fun of it, just because you can. We all know making hybrids and/or modifications is great fun and the goal is rarely (never?) specifically be to get a bike that can compete with modern ones. But still... A shock for a 125 for that kind of cash? No way, just a waste of money imo.

You could buy a running bike for that and it rearly won't make much diffrence to the handling its a 125 not a 350 or 500

It looks realy nice . I bet its a grate upgrade. its no more them an lc shocker so not over priced realy
