Nice point well made, apart from my off road bikes and an AR80 I fooked around with, none of my 2 strokes ever let me down, with hindsight , I think thats because I never tuned them (or attempted to tune them myself!)
A friend of mine had a 375LC and whilst i had some poke, it f**ked around, stumbled and hesitated all thru the rev range unless it was in its sweet spot.
Give me a reliable 50,000 miles like your old PV anyday
