after a re-build turn the oil pump up a bit and make sure oil is going in as soon as it's fired up, better to smoke than be dry.

make sure you have beer and bog roll. beer if it sounds good! and bog roll for cleaning the inside of your legs if it sounds rough..... seriously.... I always "heat cycle" the engine 5-6 times before riding it, just to bed in all the gaskets. you can give it a little pre-heat by pouring a kettle or two of hot water over the exhaust flange.

put a little 2 stroke oil down the plug hole and kick it over with ignition off a few times then start it up holding the oil pump fully open while it idles untill you see the oil going up the pipe it can take a little while to get the oil up to the carb this is normal. of couse make sure you have bled the pump first b4 starting ,its all in the manual

thnx guys but this was posted a month ago,lol. have had it started and put a couple of heat cycles thru it. did the oil in the plug hole, ran premix. held primed oil pump wide open.
