do you guys recomend for my mk3 rd125lc. in totally standard trim apart from a large can micron???

raven mate its a large can micron, and i use silkolene semi synthetic oil in my 350 with 30ml of castrol a747 in a full tank of petrol for the castrol r smell, but been told to use R40 instead for same smell and its cheaper
