my brother bought a brand new candy blue mk1 when he was 17, i was 15 and very jellous as i only had a rd 50 mx, could not wait till i was 17 and get a mk1 125 lc, here it is on my 17th birthday, could not resist mucking about on it. then my brother bought this of a mate in 85, and that was it had to pass me test and get one of these bad boys. then the rd 500 came out saved every penny i had , bought one tricked it up a bit with paint job by dream machine, nikon pipes, etc, ahh those were the days.. sorry memorys, hope you liked the pics. and this was it 8yrs later just before i sold it

I love the old pics. The 500 in the last photo looks ace. The black 125 in Norbos pictures reminds me of my mates old one, same colour. But,I used to able to beat it on this 'Bobby dazzler' of a bike. . . .cost me £25 and I never got it on the road legaly, but it didn't half shift.
