That's good going Norbo!
I had an AR125 with a Gianneli pipe on it back in the day. It revved out at a indicated 91mph and MK2 RD just edged past on the A40.
I fitted a smaller rear sprocket the next day and it would hit 95mph, but never came across that RD again.
My cousin had an RG125 MK1 with a piece of pipe across the PV chamber, derestricting it. He said it would do a ton and I took the piss. But yep, it drew alongside my RG250 at an indicated ton! Barely 90 in reality I guess.

My mk1 was tuned with allspeed. Jetting ect in 1983. I weighed 11 stone and I kept telling my mate it hits 100mph. He didn't believe me so I said get on the back. He was about 10 stone. We went down the a2 and were sitting up when it hit 100 I topped his leg and showed him the speedo. He couldn't believe it. So probably true 90mph but still bloody impressive

Not an LC, but my youngest son has a 2004 DT125. Unrestricted and with a micron pipe without catalytic converter. He can do 135 km/h (is that 84 mph, or so?), sitting right up. He is 180cm high and weighs 70 kilos. Speed measured using GPS. Not 90 and far from 100, but still fair I think, considering that he is sitting right up in the wind.
