Hi all I have a RD250LC and the front end really seems to dive when I brake oil level is fine . Have any of you got any ideas on what I could do someone told me to put a couple of coins under the bolts in the top ? But I don't know could I put a heavier oil in them if so what is the heaviest I could put in ??

Best bet is replace the springs with some uprated or progressives and refill with new 10w oil. It will be a different bike after that.

Progressive springs get my vote. The harder you brake the better they get. Works for me.

The oil viscosity will only control how quickly the bike dives. Progressive is the way to go to reduce the extent it dives and oil to control the damping rate.
