Just checking over the bike after a quick ride out, and noticed a couple of fresh scrapes on the inside of the exhausts, seems that the rear wheel shaft has been touching the exhausts - both sides!
Looked at the exhaust mounting points and they look fine, nothing loose, everythng where it should be ....
Now I am (quite) a bit lardy, but the swing arm should rise and fall well clear of the exhausts, anyone else experienced a metmachex doing this? - Its deffo a 4L0 LC swing arm, I do have a rear disc fitted to a 4L0 wheel, but the overall width is same as standard LC, standard Yamaha exhausts.

Robin, I have a metmachex same as yours fitted (we discussed bearings a while back) and am also of the larger type, but mine misses by a good way? What exhausts are fitted? Maybe the rear mounts are bent inward a little - need altering?

I Will put a strap wrench on the exhausts and give 'em a little twist see what can be done, if not I will have to take the shaft out and machine a little off the "fixed end", dont know what I can do with the Nut end as its a Nyloc type nut and needs to see enough thread to do the job.
Oh happy days under the bike.....again

I had the same problem with mine, I put a couple of stainless washers behind the footrest hangers where they bolt to the frame this worked for me !
