tryed start her today with no joy.ran loverly before. checked spark an fuel there but wont fire.any idears anyone

how long has she been standing?have you try,d fresh fuel ,try new plug,have you flooded bike?

stood about 2 weeks an tryed new plug an fuel ok .at a loss with this one  ? |

If you have taken the plug out and its sparking try puting a little fuel down the plug hole and kick it up some times a prime will do it .
Of course iot could be a blocked pilet jet as well .

sorted it folks.It was the float valve stuck an was causing a vaculm for some reason? ?? stripped carb an found it stuck so stripped my spare carb an all sorted kicked in first time... did notice though that on the one out the spare carb had a little clip that hooked on the floats ... any idears ?? . |

mine has a little clip that hangs on float tang and clips onto needle valve if thats what u mean  |

its a parts upgrade from mk1 to mk2/3 float valve andseat is listed the same now for mk1/2/3 for gen yamaha
