Hi all i have a 1982 350 lc 4LO totaly std exept it has nikkon pipes, no porting, std airbox, oil pump etc, i had a big problem when i got it, it had no botton end power and it splutered like choke was on big time between 5-6k just before power came in, very long story short this is what ive done and it's 99.9% cured hope this may help someone and save them days and days of carb removals update of what ive done to cure flat spot because of being too lean bottom end, and too rich between 5-6k, 27.5 pilot jets 240 main jets air screw all way in and 1&1/2 out and the thing the cured it all was a change in needle, i now have 4H16 needle in on second groove down could probably go to middle groove, i took these from a set 4LO-OO early 350lc carbs dont know if there are std in these carbs but thats what they had in,as soon as i started the bike i knew i was much much better even before i rode it, it just sounded better, it didnt sound like it had the choke on anymore, anyway thats what cured mine hopfully this might help somone else so enjoy
