Thanks, yep could be still around somewhere.. strangely i don't think i want to actually own it again, would be interesting to know what happened to it considering the following these machines have. Oh and steve, don't know if you've ever been into running but they do say that 'hills are your friends' daft as it sounds

Cheers all, well i don't know what it is but myself anyway as i've got older there's become a harking to return to a more rudimentary form of motorcycling.. so those old steeds have ended up having more meaning somehow, maybe that's why i'm looking out for the old lc, partly anyways. Modern bikes are not much more than plastic rockets in my eyes, i do have one admittedly and there's so much more 'metal' in those older machines, literally! somehow it so often relates as character. In these times, smaller lighter simpler is the way to go, in my opinion that is. Having said all that wasn't the lc the first of the new disposable type plastic embraced bikes? i felt some character had gone compared the the aircooled's even though it's a great machine in it's own way. Just my slant Friday morning uplift even..

I agree there is something about light 2 strokes that I love and the smell you get from a fist full of throttle.

One of the many plus points of an LC is that it makes you appreciate just how good modern bikes are. Having an LC and a GSX R750 is the best of both worlds!

Hi.. yep i agree, just i've found that modern bikes are so good that it takes much more input to get reward in the ride, unless your pushing near the outer end of the bikes capabilities it leaves you feeling indifferent at the end of a run.. well that's just me perhaps eh. Nice to have the options and perspective though isn't it...
