Well i have got to say it anyone who owns a vw of any shape or form cannot drive. i have just about had enough of blokes who cannot park. when i park in a parking bay at work i manage to get the car straight, in between the lines and not protruding over the white lines in the carpark. All and i do mean ALL of the drivers who have golfs, polos, vw vans whatever their shape cannot park or drive at all and none of them have any manners.
right rant over for the day. next VW driver i meet will be rammed. i dont care about my car and have a towbar and will reverse at will

The jury is out on this one, up here it is known that there are certain types to look out for............. #1. Silver Volvo estate. (altho they are becoming rare now) #2. Golf Gti or VR6 #3. BMW 3 series #4. Any 4x4 or People carrier with mum & kids in tow. All these are a menace and dont know what indicators are for.

well he made the mistake of blocking off the carpark yet again, oh well it off to the bodyshop for his passat...... i rammed him someone else keyed it and hes had his rear offside light swiped off. and last night i saw the best one ever. young lad about 19ish in a little micra sport ( like the word sport makes any difference its still a bloody micra) going the wrong way round a roundabout coming towards me. I heard his ring slam shut when i kept going. amazing how quickly he put it in reverse.
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Just seen one this morning on my way in, Golf pulled out of side road right in front of a guy on an SR 125! Quite a mess. Maybe its just in Manchester, they seem to think its actually a Ferrari and immune to accidents.

ickle rover has had to go to the little rover place in the sky now. mot failure. aparently it needed new brakes, discs, pads, shoes and pipes. all round new clutch new gearbox as gear selector mechanism had dropped off..... new wishbones at the back, they were both cracked. there was a crack in the suspension turret on the nearside brake light were out on the nearside despite new bulbs being put in ...i tried to say it was just rover wiring but the guy wouldn't have it. new tyres at the front. new wheel bearings on nearside front and rear. new cv joints new trackrod ends and a new rim for the spare tyre. it was cracked.
this would have set me back a grand or thereabouts. car was only worth £500
so i sold it to the guy at the garage for spares or repair, he just wanted the interior got £395 for it it was r reg and got meself a ickle 2000 plate ford Ka. lovely motor....goes like the mutts. and far far more reliable than the rover. so it just goes to show not only are vw's kak so are rovers.

not only are vw's kak so are rovers. OI! Nowt wrong wiv mine, or any ive had for that matter. Err, hang on. Nope, im telling porkies. Had a 45 1.6 club when i worked for Rover, nailed it from day one. When it started using loads of fuel and running like poo i asked the techs to have a look. A full afternoon couldnt solve the problem so as a last resort it was off with its head! No1 liner had an odd chunk missing out of it, bout the size and depth of a 50p! Yep, i had f***ed the engine and it was in with a new one. ;D That is the only prob ive ever had with one tho......
